About Neo

Neo was born in 1971 to an Egyptian mother and British father. He grew up in London and graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London. He then spent years living and working in Italy, New York and Tokyo before returning to London, where he is now based.

In 2003, a catalytic opening with Seiki master Akinobu Kishi-San ignited a 19-year angelic, alchemical initiation, through which Art-Alchemy emerged as a grounded, living body of work. Between 2020–2025, Neo underwent key initiations into the lineages of Kwan Yin, Mahindra (Merlin), and 13 of the Egyptian Neteru.

Art-Alchemy is the container for 23 years of original practices, theories, artworks and threshold technologies — all created to support individuals to:

•⁠ ⁠Recognise and realise themselves as agents of evolution

•⁠ ⁠‘Bring forth that which is within them’ — whatever their ‘arts’ may be

•⁠ ⁠Cultivate the deep-wild intelligence of their body

•⁠ ⁠Recognise that they are built for threshold co-creation

Neo guides individuals and groups in ‘The Way of the Artist-Alchemist’, both in-person, in retreats and online, offering tailored immersions in Art-Alchemy’s practices and works. In addition to guiding, he creates commissions and universal artworks. In 2024, he was commissioned to create a 13-piece ‘Neteru Zodiac’ for the ceiling of the meditation room of the Nun Goddess dahabiya.

He is the creator of The Fembot Oracle, a 78-piece archetypal/neteru system of images, texts, and soundscapes. First emerging in 2017 and continually evolving, the Fembot Oracle is a living Art-Alchemy technology. She supports deep-wild centring, connection to the oracle of your own diamond-heart, and the cultivation of courage, enthusiasm, and kindness. She exists as an artisan deck and book boxset, alongside digital versions and large-scale artworks.

Art-Alchemy sits in potent conversation with larger evolutionary transitions taking place globally. Neo is a certified Gene Keys Guide and long-time explorer of Human Design. Art-Alchemy resonates deeply with both lineages, especially in the transition we are now entering between 2026 and 2027. Ra Uru Hu (Human Design) and Richard Rudd (Gene Keys) both mark this time as a threshold of epochal change — including the emergence of the ‘Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix’ and the significance of Gene Key 55 (Freedom).

Art-Alchemy carries this exploration forward through its alignment with new Aquarian themes of sovereignty, synergy, and threshold technologies. This reflects the greater evolutionary arc as we cross the threshold from tribal compromise (‘Cross of Planning’ 1615–2027) to sovereign co-creative flourishing (‘Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix’ 2027–2438).

Neo’s own energetic design includes the 20–34 channel and Gate 39 — three of the four parts of the ‘Sleeping Phoenix’. This pure Manifesting Generator configuration mirrors Art-Alchemy’s centring, spontaneous, and co-creative aspects. His rare Pluto placement (29° in the 12th House) further supports his capacity to gently and playfully hold initiatory fields of death-rebirth
