‘Freedom’ (Lions Gate 2020 Support Piece No. 2)

Here is the second video piece Gary Albert and I created to support those of us journeying through the Lions Gate portal today. Our intention in creating this piece was to have a tool we could all use to support the deeper arising of freedom before, during and after the journeying.

My piece was made from 4 watercolour drawings capturing heart-centred spontaneous movement. I combined them in Photoshop and after 2.5 hours of listening to and enacting the whispered instructions of my heart uncovered the finished piece.


Gary’s piano piece was made from his Music Alchemy process and was spontaneously created from heart too.
